OLD BUSINESS:

15 MINUTE BREAK

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Linda Lambert -- Madame President, I move that the Oregon Federation discontinue the use of the 1-800 information number.

DISCUSSION: Over the past 12 months, the State Publicity and Reporter has continually reported that the 1-800 telephone number has had little or no use. She has also continually recommended the discontinuance of the number, feeling that the Oregon Federation was not getting its money's worth out of it.
  2. Bill Rooper -- Madame President, I move that the Festival Emergency Fund be changed to the Summer Festival Emergency Fund.

DISCUSSION: This is just a housekeeping matter. By renaming this fund, it brings it inline with the renaming of the Festival Load Fund that was done at the September meeting. This also removes any doubt as to which Festival this fund is set aside for.
